I've been coming to Dr. Maguire for over 3 years now and can't say enough good things. | originally came for chiropractic work, and quickly realized that being part of a barbell club was something | wanted to do. I've been lifting (olympic and power) ever since with Kelly. He's a great coach, super knowledgeable, and clearly puts his heart and soul into the place. It's great for people of all fitness levels, with something to offer for everyone, from strength/conditioning, to pilates, to mobility/yoga, to power and olympic lifting. The other coaches there are fantastic too. My favorite part is that the facility has indoor and outdoor space so you're never feeling stuffy/suffocated like you do in commercial gyms. Personalized training will help you crush your fitness/wellness goals, plus the workout app the team uses lets you take the farm with you wherever you go (which is especially
great for me because | travel a ton for work...iow | never have to create my own workout or guess as to what | should be doing while on the road).
